Black Love Story
Today’s Black Love Story was Tracey and Anthony Moore
How long have you and spouse been together and/or married?
16 years, married 7 as of June 27th
How did you first meet?
We met through his father Fred Moore and my Aunt Charisse. We started talking through blackplanet.com
When did each of you know that your partner was the one?
We broke up and kept coming back together. My grandmother also told me that was her grandson. I prayed and ask God for a sign a few times as well
What’s the key to the success of your relationship?
Communication. We talk about situations no matter how uncomfortable they are to deal with.
What advice would you give to young married couples?
Our advice don’t just rush into marriage, it is hard work. Don’t get married because you want a wedding. There is a difference between being married and wanting a wedding. Life is not a fairytale. And also keep your families out of your business.
Anything else you want to tell us about your love story?
We have had a lot of ups and downs throughout our relationship but it takes understanding and two people willing to work together. Don’t give up. Have a great foundation and keep God apart of your relationship as well as your life individually
Kitchen Table Talk
Hello, Niram and Niambi I love your first two episodes and I wish you guys nothing but success and prosperity… Anyway here’s my situation I have been seeing a married man for the last 6 months behind my partners back. It was meaningless sex with someone, escaping reality. I know it’s wrong and want to stop things but when it comes down to it I can’t? The guy only looks to me for sex too so why am I finding it hard to let him go?
Question of the day:
What’s your favorite songs that inspire you?
Your worst break up story?how do you know when the relationship is dead
How do you know when the relationship is dead?
Who would you rather have a picnic with… Jayz and Beyonce & Nas and Kelis circa 2003?
